We were a party of 6, celebrating my mother's birthday on a busy Saturday night. Michaelangelo was patient, courteous, and fun! He took great care of our party, and we would definitely ask to be seated at one of his tables again!

We went there for a friend's birthday, but it wasn't much fun at Rockville Cooper's on labor day evening. They were out of napkins (again) and only had "few" cocktail napkins, were out of some menu choices, and were short staffed, so the service suffered quite a bit on top of everything... Having said that, I must also say, our server went out of her way to provide a good service, even though she was clearly overwhelmed. I've been a frequent visitor and like their wine and atmosphere, but definitely see a continuous gradual decline in overall service and quality.

Food was cold. It took a long time to be served. I know the server was new but it was unusually poor this time.

Food was delicious! Had the Lemon Drop for the first time and it didn’t disappoint. Always a great time coming to Cooper’s Hawk!

Would love to have some kind of sound baffles in the ceiling because it gets pretty loud in there when it’s busy, but the food was amazing. The service was fantastic and of course the wine was great.

The experience was okay, what made this experience okay instead of excellent was our server was assigned to another section mid shift and went one hour and 30 mins without checking in with us. We had to start asking random servers for assistance and even for the check. It was a huge inconvenience we sat there ready to leave for 1 hour but could not find our server to pay.

Issues with my food but Manager resolved issue. Was disappointed at first with how it was handled but the Manager corrected the situation
