Our server was amazing. He was very elegant and had a great demeanor, really enjoyed the service that was provided. Will definitely go back! Thanks guys!!

We all loved the food and rhe wine but the service very slow. Our dinner took about 2.5 hours. The waiter rarely checked on us or brought water. Opening the wine took a long time, and we were served our appetizers well before we had anything to drink, including water. The manager never checked on us. The waiter almost lost my credit card, returning the bill without my credit card in it. He found my card somewhere on the floor between the register and my table. Not a good thing. We have been going to this CH and we love it. But this was a big fail. The waiter needs more training and/or supervision until he can perform better.

Our Dinner at Cooper's Hawk Distillery was great fun and delicious. Food was great, and the service kept things moving along but did not rush us in any way. I had expected the noise level to be ultra high, all hard surfaces - but it was very well moderated. Lots of items on the menu that I did not get to try that I want to try.

We had a wonderful afternoon lunch/ brunch with friends. The food was fantastic as always and our server was excellent in terms of attention and making our experience enjoyable. The chicken maderia and the chopped wedge so good as were the chocolate cake and key lime pie.

John was our server. He was prompt and very attentive. This was our first time and he broke the wines and menu down for us very well. We will definitely be back. Thanks John

The food was great with flawless presentation. The staff was amazing, very friendly, very quick and responsive and the atmosphere is good. However they were not able to make 3 of the drinks on the menu we wanted to order and had to settle.

Took my Dad and Son for brunch, mind you we eat here often but first time for brunch. My dad ordered the Brisket Hash which had runny eggs and he ask the waitress could you ask to have the egg cook hard. The waitress quickly replied that's how the dish come which was odd because I've had a burger that comes medium but I ask if the could cook well done on a previous visit and it was no problem. My dad said well if they can't change it then don't include it. Well it came out without any egg which lead me to believe the waitress didn't ask for the modification because she just brought out the dish and didn't tell me if couldn't be modified. The french toast taste like it was fried in old oil and just wasn't good at all, couldn't get passed the first bite. So we call her over to tell her this just wasn't good and she ask if we wanted something else, which I replied no thank you. The waitress said the manager would come by to talk to us and we waited a very long time until she show's up with the bill minus the really terrible dishes but never spoke to the manager. This was the worse dining experience I've had here not sure I'd return to that location, very disappointing.
