it was really good the food was amazing and the servers are really nice and patient with you noise level was normal people having normal conversations but wasn’t to loud overall had a great time!!!

We eat out at Coopers Hawk at least once or twice a month. The food is always great. Service is typically very good. What is not so great is the wine tastings. The bar is full of people, these is not enough staff and some staff seem to just want to ignore that you are there. SO...while the restaurant is a wonderful place, as wine club member, we don't feel welcome or wanted at the wine tastings.

Our server was amazing. He was very elegant and had a great demeanor, really enjoyed the service that was provided. Will definitely go back! Thanks guys!!

Good food - service a little slow - waiter kept missing things, setup on table, water for only three out of four of us. Total dining time exceeded 2 hours with long waits to order, to get apps, and then main courses.

We all loved the food and rhe wine but the service very slow. Our dinner took about 2.5 hours. The waiter rarely checked on us or brought water. Opening the wine took a long time, and we were served our appetizers well before we had anything to drink, including water. The manager never checked on us. The waiter almost lost my credit card, returning the bill without my credit card in it. He found my card somewhere on the floor between the register and my table. Not a good thing. We have been going to this CH and we love it. But this was a big fail. The waiter needs more training and/or supervision until he can perform better.

Our Dinner at Cooper's Hawk Distillery was great fun and delicious. Food was great, and the service kept things moving along but did not rush us in any way. I had expected the noise level to be ultra high, all hard surfaces - but it was very well moderated. Lots of items on the menu that I did not get to try that I want to try.

I typically visit Cooper Hawk on a weekly basis due to my love for their excellent food and service. However, my most recent experience was quite different. I participated in a wine tasting with another guest, which took over an hour for just 4 pours despite the lack of busyness. Our server seemed preoccupied with another group, causing significant delays in serving us. We would get a pour every 20 minutes. Frustrated, we left without finishing the remaining 4 pours and moved on to dinner. Before being seated I requested a booth, but we were told by the very rude hostess that we had to sit in a specific area and were denied the booth. Strangely, another group behind us was granted a booth upon request just after being seated 5 minutes after us. When questioned about this discrepancy, the hostess could not provide a valid explanation. She said she would ask the front about it and return with an answer. She never returned. After speaking with our server, Amy, and a manager, there was some back and forth about our request. It took almost 15 minutes but we were eventually accommodated with a larger table after pointing out the lack of space at our table and how the group after us was given a booth. Amy was a great server and made the experience tolerable but this by far was the worst experience I’ve had at Cooper. Normally, I praise the service at Cooper Hawk, but this experience left much to be desired. As a wine club member I am very disappointed by the rudeness and poor service both at the front and during the wine tasting.

The meal and service in the bar area were wonderful. We've tried the main dining area twice with a hit and a miss, so we were delighted that this time was such a success!

We had a wonderful afternoon lunch/ brunch with friends. The food was fantastic as always and our server was excellent in terms of attention and making our experience enjoyable. The chicken maderia and the chopped wedge so good as were the chocolate cake and key lime pie.
