The service was terrible. We waited 20 minutes for a drink order. The server never greeted us, just asked what we wanted to drink. Then took our food order while holding other tables dirty dishes. She dropped our bread and didn’t even apologize just asked annoyed that we didn’t want the dropped bread. She never refilled any drinks. I didn’t get my wine until my meal was almost over. Not once did she speak to us or even ask how food was. She only said “what do you want?”. It was the worst service I’ve ever had.

Our past experiences have been five star. However, our last visit was subpar as he walked to the hostess station. One was helping a guest, while another was working with her head down and did not even acknowledge as I stood there waiting a few minutes as we waited to be seated, there was broken glass on the bottom shelf. We noticed the shelves were a little dusty. Our waitress was amazing however I ordered the full chicken salad and a cup of soup. I should’ve paid better attention to realize the chicken was not on the salad until we got home with the leftovers. I immediately called and left a message for the restaurant manager who has yet to return my call over 24 hours later we were very disappointed in the short pump experience.

Our reservation was for 3:15 and we didn’t get seated until 3:40. We were told a manager was coming to our table to address the late seating. A manager never came to our table. The waitress forgot a to turn in an order for a margarita twice. She complained about the government. She complained about her knees. She announced when she was going to the bathroom. Very unprofessional. We went there to celebrate a birthday and were so disappointed by the service.

Our first time trying the brunch, and it did not disappoint!! The Jammy Egg & Avocado toast was sooo good! The lemon sauce and the chili crunch worked so well! My husband got the bbq pork hash and he said that it was the best breakfast out he’s had in a long time. Will definitely be back for brunch!
