Service was appalling. My entree came out cold, my husband was given the wrong entree. We never got any bread. Wine never appeared until well after my husband had his entree. I am not sure if this establishment needs to hire more waiters/waitress or cooks but the service was dreadful overall.

I never enjoy giving poor reviews but our experience was subpar at best. It was our second anniversary celebration and we were very excited to finally go on a date. We’ve been to Cooper’s Hawk a couple of times previously for lunch and the experience was nice so we thought dinner would be even better. However, the food was not enjoyable, especially for the price. We ordered the wedge salad, calamari, short ribs and seafood risotto. It’s hard to admit but each item missed the mark. The salad was wet like the dressing was watered down and the leaves were brown. The calamari was slimy, no crunch, from the Thai sauce. The risotto was absolutely the worst, like it came from a TV dinner, dry and flavorless. The short ribs were the least bad but still underwhelming. I’ll say the sparkling wine was lovely, as was the chocolate truffle with raspberry sauce. We spent nearly $200 and got a babysitter to celebrate and to have such a bad experience is sad. Our server was joyful and the environment was lovely, the food really failed.

We had a lovely meal. Our server was nice, maybe he was new, he didn’t seem very confident or chatty. We ordered wine and then appetizers. They arrived and we ordered our mains. However it wasn’t long after that our mains came out, we were still eating our appetizer. You are a fine dining restaurant not a fast food restaurant, and when I’m spending $130 on a meal for 2, I don’t expect to be rushed! So that was very disappointing. The food however was delicious. We ordered 2 truffles for dessert. When they arrived they were solid, could barely bite into them! Very rich and not great flavors. Apart from that we had a lovely evening

Our 8 person group, Ladies Who Lunch, celebrated the birthdays of 3 September members. What a wonderful time. Everyone ordered something different. Everyone was overjoyed at their selections. The food was magnificent. The wine selections, including the free tastings, were spectacular. And our server was right on it. She knew the menu and could answer questions about our selections. She was funny, conversive, and engaging. You can't go wrong.

The pistachio crusted grouper was too salty for my tastes. Next time, I'll stick my favorites: Napa Chicken salad, Ellie's Chicken Piccata, Chicken Madeira and vegetable/goat cheese flatbread. Of course, the flourless chocolate torte was delicious last night.
