Another great meal at Cooper’s Hawk in Pembroke Pines. A lot of new faces there and tonight Natalie took great care of us. She moved over from another location. She took the time to introduce herself, make recommendations and she took excellent care of us. She is a great addition to the Pembroke Pines team.

I’ve been to this location several times and have always had a great experience. The manager there is always making sure everyone is taking care of. He is very helpful at any moment.

The food and service was all excellent as usual. Highly recommend the Medallion and Churrasco dishes. We especially felt welcomed by the service, attention, and hospitality taken by the manager Melissa, and our server Marco. They went above and beyond making sure we had a wonderful dinner experience and evening.

The short rib and risotto was extremely salty—so much so that I barely touched it. The calamari was delicious. But the worst part was the noise. It was so loud that I couldn’t hear the person sitting across from me. There has to be some type of balance.
