The food was as good as it always is. The service was excellent. Coopers Hawk is always consistent. You know exactly what you’ll get every time you go.

Our waitress was extremely nice and pleasant. She was constantly asking if anything was okay! Food was great and at the right temperature. Drinks were fine as well. Overall, we enjoyed our evening together dining at Cooper’s Hawk! Looking forward to seeing you guys soon!!!

Our overall service and last nights dinner for a birthday celebration was horrible. She did not want to work last night. I’ve been a member member of Cooper’s Hawk since 2018. She took my card. She came back with it. I didn’t know how many bottles I had left. She poured the wine on each glass without having us taste of wine first no bread we had to ask her for water. She was just overall horrific

Our waitress (Kimberly) was absent most of the time; we waited for water and bread for ever. She finally showed up with the wine glasses for a tasting we asked when she first came to greet us and I asked her for water - She asked me what did I want first the water or the wine? She was never prompt and would get lost on us throughout the night. We had invited friends that had never been to Coopers Hawk and we were extremely embarrassed for the experience.

Great experience. Quick to be seated. Our server, Kyira, was fantastic. Pace of the meal was great. Delicious. Couldn’t have been better. Highly recommend.

Service was horrible. The server wasn’t rude but she wasn’t good at her job. One hour to get wine tasting, a good 30 minutes or more to get white bottle after wine tasting, we ordered 2 at same time, the red bottle took even longer, she didn’t bring the wine bucket for white wine, just left it on table to get warm, so we had to ask for it. The 2 soups we ordered never came before they brought dinner n she was clueless about it so we had them canceled n she didn’t even excuse or apologize for it, asked twice for Parmesan for pasta didn’t get it till I asked what looked like a manager for it. Left minimum tip bc I hate not to but quite frankly the service didn’t warrant or deserve any tip.
