Having a reservation means nothing. You still wait an hour to be seated and over an hour for food. The waitress said it’s a weekend what do you expect. Well I expect to be seated within a reasonable time. I expect our food not to take over an hour and I expect the wait staff to be mindful of the tables they have and not spend an unreasonable amount of time chatting at every table. Drinks were refilled only when we asked and after 20 min of waiting. Bread never came to the table, waited over 30 min just for the check! Horrible service. Not sure what happened to this place it used to be great.

Food was very good. Prices seem like they are from a pre-pandemic era. Wine was just ok but considering they offered a number of free tastings and it took several before we hit on a decent selection-the value was there. Make reservations to avoid the wait. We were seated quickly despite the crowd.

Pretty disappointed in cooper hawks Pembroke Pines, what’s the point of making a reservation if you’re still going to wait an hour to be seated? Upon arrival I told the host my party would need a high chair and I also put it in the reservation notes when booking yet we were seated at a booth (no high chair) and were given a booster seat for a 1year old, mind you the booster seat did not have straps to keep my son from falling out. We went back to the host stand to ask for a different table and had to wait another 10 minutes for one to become available. We arrived at 8:20 (reservation was for 8:30) but didn’t get sat at the second table till 9:30. Our server Jesus was amazing and did a great job at accommodating our table, answering any questions we had and overall was a sweetheart. The food was delicious per usual my only complaint on the food is that it took forever for our entrees to come out.

Started out with fun tastings at the bar with Johnathan. Then thanks to Katie ... Enjoyed a fantastic birthday celebration and thank you Joel for the special dessert treat!!!

Just wanted to say that it was my girlfriend and i’s first time at a cooper’s hawk restaurant and it was splendid. We were celebrating our 4 year anniversary and it was a rather nice evening that our server Jose made extra joyful. The food and wine were really good with the only thing that could’ve used a little more flavor being the prime churrasco grilled steak. However everything else amazing. We started off with the classic tomato bruschetta and the sweet chili calamari for starters and they were both really good with flavor bursting into your mouth with every bite, we loved it. Then we got the filet mignon and the aforementioned churrasco steak. My girlfriend enjoyed the mignon along with the wasabi buttered mashed potatoes. Meanwhile I wasn’t impressed with my steak, however the Asian slaw that I got instead of the vegetables blew my mind out the water. That could’ve easily been some of the best cole slaw I’ve ever had and I will be back for more. I enjoyed 2 glasses of the Tempranillo wine, which had exquisite taste 10/10. And thanks to my man Jose, my girlfriend who normally doesn’t indulge in any alcoholic drinks had a glass of the Sweet Red which Jose recommended because she said she doesn’t like anything unless it tastes like juice. To my surprise she liked it and if she was happy then you know I was happy. We finished the night off with some of the cooper’s hawk chocolate cake which to no surprise was also pretty good. All this to say that Jose was amazing throughout the night and I am sure anyone who has the pleasure to come across such a great person will say the same. I’m big on people’s vibes and food and I love when I can combine the two for a wonderful evening. Will definitely be back thanks to my main man Jose.

We (7 friends) enjoyed a lovely dining experience at Cooper’s Hawk. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. We had to search for our server a couple times, but otherwise a wonderful evening. We even bought great appetizer plates on the way out. They have it all!

The food was good, but did have some errors from what was ordered. The waiter took the order and then we did not see him again until he brought out my daughter's birthday dessert which we had to request from the hostess (as the waiter was nowhere to be seen). I did not have silverware so we had to flag down another table's waiter. My son sat with an empty water glass until the hostess noticed and came over with water. She also had to remedy the food order mistakes since we could not find our waiter. He did not check in even once after taking the order.

The customer service and ambiance was great. The food was lack luster. Not sure if it was the end of the night and the chef did not care about seasoning. I really wanted to enjoy this place especially since it was my first time and I saw they had wine tastings. The wine was better than the food.
