Kayara was our server and was pretty awful. She left appetizer plates on the table until the entrees arrived, even though we asked them to be taken three times - leaving us to move and shuffle things around when the food came. I ended up stacking things at the end of the table to make room. My wife asked for silverware as hers was taken and Kyara presented a handful of utensils and placed then no joke 2” in front of my face. I backed my head up as much as possible and she got closer anyway. It was frustrating and rude. Other than that she would come by every 20 minutes or so making it hard to get water refills. I had the filet which was kind of cold, my wife had the short ribs which she liked and my mother had the grouper. For appetizers we had the Brussels sprouts which were good and the bruschetta. This location is nothing like the WPB location and is very loud and not as nice, we would not return to this location.

I changed my reservation twice because we grew from 6 to to 10 people. They were very nice about accommodating me. It was a nice birthday night.

Our server was extremely rude, inattentive and unprofessional! Will not recommend this location to anyone! Horrible service didn’t even clean our table. Had to call upon other waiters for service. Celebrating a birthday and she said they ran out of candles whattttttttttt. We have been to the Doral location and always had a great experience very different from this time for sure ! Bad bad bad bad bad bad bad
