Normally this place is a 5 but for some reason service was below par yesterday. I will still recommend Coope's Hawk I am just hoping that they had an off night. We normally stick to our normal servers but with it being so busy yesterday we took the first table available but that turned out to be a mistake.

Considering it was Valentine’s Day, the restaurant was full as expected. We arrived just in time for our 7:15 reservation and to my surprise, we only had a 10 minute way. Definitely have to give credit to management and staff who were at the top of their game. Food was delicious and perfectly cooked as ordered. The highlight of the evening Ming was our server Oriana. It was the first time she served our table but it will not be the last. We will definitely request to be seated on her area. She was prompt, while adjusting her pace to ours, never rushed us and was very pleasant. She’s definitely the best server we have met at this location for the last 3 years.

Seated on time, friendly staff, excellent food and waitstaff Panvera was excellent & very friendly. Can’t wait to go back.

Always a great time at CoopersHawk. I had the crab,shrimp and lobster bisque and the drunken shrimp. And of course the delicious bread. Great for a quick lunch.
