They apparently over booked because when we arrived there were many parties waiting. The hostess was very upset because OpenTable had permitted me to reserve for a party of 9, she explained that in a case of a large party it should have prompted me to call the restaurant directly. At the end they accommodated our party outside which was fine because I had reserved for patio. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to their normal standards and one of the individuals had ordered a plain burger to which we all received our food, and his burger took another 10 to 15 minutes to be brought to the table.

We all ordered different dishes. Each one was excellent. We have always been very pleased with our time at Cooper’s Hawk, either here in Ft. Lauderdale or in Naples.

From the moment my wife and I arrived, we were greeted by Daniella (hostess), who made us feel as warm and special as we were guests for a family dinner. Our server (Kassandra) was amazing! With her level of professionalism, we thought she was preparing to enter a management position, and little did we know… it was her first day as a server (fresh out of training). Wow! She was spot on with her recommendations! We did however experience a hiccup with the food, but the manager (Melissa) sprung into action, and made sure the little mishap was corrected. The best of restaurants can have hiccups from the kitchen, but the service at Cooper’s Hawk is top notch! You can tell they select true passionate people to serve their guests. This is a reason why I am a wine member, and make Cooper’s Hawk my ideal choice for dining’
