I wanted to have the seasonal butternut squash ravioli with lobster and shrimp that sounded amazing. Looked at the seasonal menu before we went but didn’t look as it was pictured. There was not as much lobster as I expected, mostly shrimp for the price and it was floating in lobster sauce. I wish I had asked for it to be light sauce. Did not taste the brown butter flavor at all which in their picture looked like it would mostly be rather than the lobster sauceand feel like it should’ve been a thicker sauce rather than a broth

It was extra noisy and extra busy last evening, but our food and service were excellent. Erica did an excellent job. The wild mushroom flatbread was delicious. The dessert special passion fruit caramel cheesecake was not quite up to expectations.

The concept of combining a wine club with a restaurant is definitely a distinct dining experience. However, I feel it takes away from the culinary emphasis to place it on wine. The effect in my opinion results in a place that has the ambiance of a higher class wine bar with average food. The service although attentive was slow (entrees delivered at different times for the party in our table), serving time between courses was a bit long and the noise level was frankly too high to maintain a conversation without raising your voice (which contributed to more noise)! Overall, it wasn't a bad experience but it wasn't a great one either. If wine and boisterous atmoshpere is your thing, Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurant is your place. As the name implies, restaurant comes after Wine.........

YUMMY deserts !!!! Would go back just for deserts. We had the chocolate cake and the smores budino…both YUM! Restaurant was surprisingly busy for a Monday night…thus a little noisy. Our waitress was excellent, really nice and helpful with the menu. LOVE the wine flights!!! I got the Lux flight which had a combo of white and red wines….it was awesome to pair with the foods.
