Everything was great food delicious but I called serveal times about it being my husband birthday. They reassured me they will do something nice for him. When I got to the reservation counter they put a sticker on our card saying happy Birthday but still failed to do anything. Very disappointing.

The atmosphere was welcoming. Staff greeted and accommodated all of my request. My waitress was very kind and professional. She recommend top selections on the menu. We discussed the wine and homemade truffles. I ordered the turkey sandwich with a side of fruit. I would recommend this restaurant to family and friends for any occasion.

Our server was excellent. The Brussels sprouts appetizer was yummy, but too much for even two people to share. Happily took substantial leftovers home. My husband enjoyed his jambalaya, but my steak was tasty, but hard to chew. The accompanying roasted veggies were delicious. It’s a popular restaurant and wine bar, which makes it super noisy. Not a place to go if you like to have a conversation over dinner.

I love visiting Cooper’s Hawk but Saturday is overpacked and service and food are not the same as during the week.

Frequent Cooper’s Hawk diner and take many different people. Everyone always enjoys the food, servers, and ambiance. Never been disappointed.

Appetizers are really good so we ordered 6 appetizers for 4 people and skipped the entrees which tend to be mediocre. Service was super slow though. At one point the server brought us a wine to taste but didn’t return for 20 minutes to see if we wanted to order it. We had to flag her down. Best appetizers were Thai lettuce wraps, sashimi tuna, drunken shrimp, and the flatbreads. Egg rolls were doughy.

If you are going for a fine dining experience, this is not the place. The problems began when we arrived and it took almost 10 minutes for a server to greet us at the table, and this was not his table. Evan was the server and he did an outstanding job despite the complete lack of support he received. The best part of the dinner were the appetizers (soup and shrimp) which were outstanding. Evan did a great job of delivering sample beverages to the table to try, one of which was acceptable. Dinner was a disaster as the kitchen did not follow instructions and had to remake one complete dinner. The filet mignons ordered were cooked correctly, but were extremely tough and tasted more like sirloin than filet. Evan did try to end on a positive note with sample red wines which were supposed to be top of the line, but both had horrific aftertaste. Bottom line, if you want a restaurant to have good appetizers, this is the place. They need a new sommelier for the wine line, I could go to Total Wine and do a better job. Understand this a chain, but I would hesitate visiting another location based on this experience.

We are members, so we are used to the various restaurant locations, the restaurant and service was nice but the skirt steak was cooked to a crisp. Did not send it back but even if the request is for a well cooked skirt steak it should not taste like bacon. Otherwise all OK.
