Was able to find a table at Cooper’s Hawk on Christmas Eve after an incredibly disappointing experience walking out of Carmine’s. We were pleased to find that everything at Coopers Hawk was wonderful. The lettuce wrap and calamari appetizers were great, and all of the dinners, ranging from spaghetti and meatballs to grouper to surf and turf, were excellent. The staff seemed harried (it was an extremely busy evening), but were helpful, polite and professional. A wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

I have been to several locations and this visit was so disappointing. We ordered our entrees immediately upon being sat. After an hour, we still had not received our meal. I spoke with a manager who was apologetic and said she would follow up. At least another 15 min passed and finally three of us in our party of four received our entrees. I one delivered to me was incorrect. I again spoke with the manager who again apologized and read back what I originally ordered, but said “well done”, when what I ordered was “med rare”. Another 20 min and I received myself. By this time my party had finished their meals. The waitress barely visited our table. My meal was comped by the manager, which I appreciated, but it was Christmas Eve and I was left very disappointed

Food was phenomenal but took forever to come out. Our son’s kids chicken nuggets came out easily 20 minutes before the adult entrees. A slice of chocolate cake took probably another 15-20 minutes after we ordered it. Overall, what should’ve been an hour meal took way longer than it should’ve. I understand it was Christmas Eve, but we had a 5:30pm dinner and it really only started to get packed and super busy at 6:30 so I don’t feel that was the reason for the amount of time it took us to get our meals. Overall though, Coopers Hawk continues to have great food and drinks, great value, and a great ambience so we will be back.
