Food took way too long, one plate came back with the wrong food, just to get our check took 30min, waiter was all over the place.

I would rate this location a 10/10 the music and vibe was amazing. Our waiter was very nice and made sure she gave us time to order, although we didn’t receive bread our food came out in a timely fashion. The food was amazing my boyfriend and I both got the pretzel crusted pork chops 10/10 definitely a favorite of mine!

I made this reservation for my parents in their 80s to celebrate Valentine's Day. They immediately called me after their late afternoon dinner to tell me what a wonderful time they had and how great the place was. Thank you for making the day special for my parents.

Our server Mars was exceptionally good and took good care of us. We celebrated Valentine’s Day with excellent food, ambiance,and an attentive server. We will definitely come back.

Everything was perfect we were taking to our table immediately upon arrival although we arrived early. Our waitress was very attentive which I love when spending money. This was part of an early Valentine Day gift to my husband we’ve been here plenty of times and love this Location better. We will be returning again!!

I love CH, and I’ve been a wine club member here since 2008. Dined in many times and had great experiences. The food and wine keep me coming back. However, today was disappointing. Slow and inattentive service (had to ask for more water twice) and poorly cooked food. My risotto was tasteless (I will be throwing the leftover away), the Brussels sprouts were overly cooked and abnormally greasy, and my sister’s chicken piccata was overly done with citrus.. I’m always willing to spend money on great meal, but this was a usually disappointing experience. It was not even busy today, so I’m not sure why this happened.

The food was great! I felt as though our server was sleep walking,she was sweet but seemed "tired",did not ask who's birthday it was when I made it known in the reservation comment,so no truffles were brought out. Also please change your policy about using the same silverware for my entrée that I used for my appetizer, when I asked for new silverware the server smirked at me. I then waited ten minutes after my entrée was served for new silverware. On a good note.. the wine was delicious!
