We’ve been to this location several times as members. Today was a struggle. Service wasn’t like usual. Tables with dirty dishes around us. Hoping this isn’t the writing on the wall for this location.

It was lovely date night, our server Ashley was excellent. We were setting next to some acquaintances of my date whom he hadn't seen in a long time. Good was good as well. I had a vegetarian meal that was excellent.

The food was divine and the wine was amazing. I recommend the Bubbles wine flight. Our waitress was very attentive to my table and ensured all our needs were taken care of.

Worst experience ever at Cooper’s Hawk. Took us 2 1/2 hours to have lunch. Nothing came out in proper order. I am a wine club member and I also have an issue with my pickup.

I’ve been a wine club member for 11 years. I can honestly say in 11 years this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at coopers hawk. It started with when we were sat, it was a Saturday at 5:30 so we expected it might take a minute or 2 for the server to come over it was closer to 10. We ordered a bottle of super Tuscan ,l typically it comes with a decanter bit their server brought the wine then asked and went back to get the decanter. When he returned he asked us if we needed a minute didn’t really lwait to hear the answer and left. He finally came back after a good 7-10 min. We prided the crispy tuna appetizer and 2 Caesar salads. I then poured some more wine from The decanter. The decanter started leaking initially we lost some wine then I just filled my glass, because it kept leaking, another server came over before our server ever came back to check on us. My glass was pretty much full then our server(Isaiah B.) came back. He happened to have glasses in his had so I told him to just give me a glass. I used that glass to catch the wine that was leaking from the decanter. We ordered our food. In the meantime we got our salads. We were served the wrong appetizer we got the ahi tuna instead of the crispy rice. We sat with the wrong appetizer for about 15 minutes until our server Isaiah B. returned to our table. Once he took the appetiter get the correct one the entrees were delivered . We had a steak and it was cooked well not rare steak like we ordered it to. It was another 16 minutes before he came back to check on us and in that time we never received our appetizers. It was about another 7 minutes before we got the correct appetizer. The second steak was cooked correctly. I also ordered a to go steak. I asked for a baked potato and instead of him Reminding me that there’s only mashed potatoes he subbed fries so when I asked for Asked potato he got them but charged me for the side of mashed potatoes when he should have asked. Service as AWFUL

We initially were seated next to the party room, which was exceptionally loud and unacceptable so they moved our table with very poor weight service

Service took a long time. Maybe they were very busy? It was crowded. We ordered a bottle of wine before ordering our dinner but didn't get the bottle until our meals were finished - and that was after trying to flag down a manager. (one walked past and didn't acknowledge us, we finally got someone's attention.) We did get the bottle comped, but, this is the second time this has happened to me at this restaurant. I am a regular, love the wine and the food, but servers should be aware that people want their wine WITH their meal, not after it. In the future I may just have to make sure I have the wine before ordering food. it also took a VERY long time to get our checks and to get them picked up and back to us. We might have ordered more, but not with everything taking so long.

The service, food, and wine were excellent. We had a poor experience in the past, but we have returned a few times since then and have been pleased with the food and service.

Despite it being a full house, the service was excellent and our meals came out very quickly. Our server was amazing and attentive to our needs. They never disappoint!
