Sat outside. Waitress was initially pleasant, however we sat in the corner of the outdoor area and we were frequently overlooked by her and It was actually difficult to get her attention. She forgot our bread order, we asked for It again, runner came out with It to the wrong table next to us. Runner was quick to retreat to the kitchen without asking surrounding tables about the bread. Had to physically go track her down to let her know It was ours. Not ideal. Waitress also didn’t write down our order. After an hour, she came back and asked again claiming “she could find the paper she wrote It on”…rather than admit the mistake. Aside from the services. Always great food. Please train your staff better on service.

Food was pretty good My surf and turf dinner wasn’t a great amount of food for the money. The waiter was attentive but my girlfriend ordered a different menu item and we didn’t know it was wrong until the check came (similarity in the tuna dishes) Would go back but this was the least impressive of the few times I’ve been there. Just feels like it’s not worth the price for the busy noise and service overall. Especially with pinecrest there and a few other dining spots to check out.

Over all great food, misunderstanding on the ordering of food. They were training a new waiter, I understand but also why ask if a special occasion such as a birthday if the restaurant does not acknowledge the event?

The food and service are always fantastic. Even when crowded it is still just as enjoyable. Part of the reason we keep going back is they are always consistent. Great food, and impeccable service every single time.

We had an amazing visit to Cooper's Hawk, as usual! I ordered the filet medallions and pecan-crusted grouper, it was excellent! Husband ordered the pork chops and they were unbelievably tender and delicious! Kids got the gnocchi and prime beef sandwich and they were delicious as well. And let's not forget the Brussels Sprouts appetizer, a MUST HAVE even if you think you don't like them! Highly recommend!!

Our server, Gabriel, was clearly overwhelmed and overworked. He was run-walking super fast all over the place! Wasn’t very attentive to our needs but we rolled with it. He must have had a lot of tables. The place was crazy busy as usual! Food was excellent as usual. We will continue to go back just don’t want Gabriel as he tended more to others around us and we had to try and get his attention when we needed something.

The staff was a little overwhelmed. Our server had some problem tables. They were difficult to work with him. The Kitchen Staff was running behind. The experience was not fine. I will give it a try at another date.
