Had to wait longer than anticipated for a table that we had a reservation for. Service was slow and we had to ask for bread which didn’t come out until after our meals. Water glasses were empty before refills were offered. Food was, and has always been consistently good.

Food delicious, ambiance pleasant . Easy to carry on table conversation. Some initial confusion among wait staff re whose table it was to place our orders but all went smoothly & swiftly once that was sorted. Thank you.

Overall experience was very good, although tables seemed tightly packed. A little loud at times but as expected sitting in close proximity to others. Service was incredible as well as very accommodating. For those with gluten allergies they do have bread/butter upon request.

Everyone from the tasting room to the dining room, went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a wonderful experience.

Food was good except the spinach was a little salty. Also a little pricey considering the portion was small.

The food was good and ambiance was great. Our service however was not. Our server seemed to disappear for 20 minutes at a time. Nowhere to be seen. My wife did not get the right dish, and my salad came out after I was almost completely done with my meal. It took about 10 minutes just to get a couple of glasses of water.

Server appeared to be overwhelmed and stressed. Out of drinks multiple times, timing was long sometimes. I’ll come back but might try the Avon lake one next time

four of us had dinner on a busy Friday - and we were all surprised at the level of service - GREAT! The food for 2 of us was absolutely wonderful] for 2 of us it was good but not great. It was my first evening visit since over a year ago on a Friday when service and food were not good. So whatever the restaurant has done to change things since then, they can know that it worked! we will be back.
