Several items we were interested in were not available, the filet medallions were delicious, tender, and done correctly. Our server was way too busy. We had been there an hour and a half, and only had one glass of water and an appetizer, never had the bread till we asked for it, not enough servers or bus help on a very busy night.

Our server was good, the bad service came from the hostess. Low energy and had a 15-20 minute delay (had a reservation) to get seated into a restaurant that maybe had 10-15 other people in it. Staffing didnt apper to be the issue as many were standing around. Quite atrange. Food was good however.

Dinner for 6 initially but was easily modified to 7 through the app. We were sat expeditiously,service was great, food was tasty. The lettuce wraps are epic. We’ll be returning soon,God willing.

We had the most fabulous brunch on Saturday for my son’s 21st birthday. The food, service, drinks were outstanding! Manage off the brunch menu. The rockstar mimosas were a hit with my 94 year old grandma and the complimentary wine tasters were a great way to explore what they had offer. Every time I eat at coopers Hawk I have never been disappointed! I recommend the the winter white during this colder season. I had the salmon and capers so delicious and the shrimp wrapped in bacon over guacamole was a crowd pleaser! The French toast was more like a dessert if you want a sugar rush lol! All the meals were thoroughly enjoyed and the service was absolutely outstanding!! Must get a reservation !

Our server, Aaron was attentive, friendly and quick to answer any questions or needs might be concerning the food or wine. My husband ordered the salmon dish as his entree and I ordered the gnocchi carbonara. The wine that accompanied our meal was excellent and it happened to be the special wine of the month. Love going to Coopers Hawk but we are never disappointed.

The service was not good at all. I completely understand it was the day after Christmas but the service was terrible. We sat in the bar area with two children and two adults and we’re there for two hours and 45 minutes. The bottle of wine was set at my table for 15 minutes before it was even opened with glasses placed. If I had my own wine key, I would have opened it myself. I had to ask for sugar and lemon for my drink as well as refill several times. My surf and turf was cold, but couldn’t even tell the waiter because he never came back to check on us. our dessert was the warm cookie, which was ice cold. They did not even take the time to warm up the cookie. Again, it was the day after Christmas, but you need to take a step back and not see people if the kitchen cannot handle it. I have been OHS for 22 years and this was the worst dinner and service I’ve ever received. You need to know when to turn off open table and not take reservations and just do walk-ins as a wait.
