First time dining at this restaurant. Inside the decor was very beautifully done. We were seated promptly. Our waiter, Noah, was very attentive and explained how the chef, Paul, used only the freshest ingredients and all dishes, even the sauces, were prepared from scratch. The wines are from their vineyards in California, France, Spain and flown in to Orange Village. The wine list is extensive and I chose the Cooper Hawk red blend which was very robust. The warmed bread appetizer was delightful especially with the creamy & whipped butter. I also had the lettuce wrapped Thai roll, which was a meal in itself! Fresh and tasty however, it’s more for 3-4 persons to enjoy. The entree I selected was the Atlantic Salmon. Done very well on top fluffy mashed potatoes & horseradish sauce and a large bed of Cole slaw. Very enjoyable! All in all,Coopers Hawk exceeded my expectations and I will be back.

The service is always fantastic, and Leah was great! We brought our grandmother who loved the food despite being picky. Delicious brunch, the cheese board was also fantastic.

Very busy but not unexpected for a Saturday. We had a reservation but still had to wait a few minutes as they were waiting for tables. The dish I ordered the shrimp scampi was out of stock. I had to settle for something different to eat. The service was very very slow. Bubbly blueberry sangria is delicious.

Great food. We had a reservation for 7:15 and still had to wait at least 30 minutes. I’m not sure if they’re short staffed because the service was really slow for everything.

The front desk staff was profoundly poor. Took 4 staff to finally find our reservation, got the number in our party wrong. Had us wait 15 minutes for a 'special table' that we did not request. Three staff tried to seat us, just to bring us back to the front as no server was assigned to our table... Not a good first impressions. However, our server was excellent, attentitive, very personable, and the food was great. I would come back again. But sheesh get your front desk straightened out.

Lorrie our Wine Seerver is the Best! Jazmin our waitress was very nice and our hostess Miriam was so awesome and so sweet! Great time but so busy our tasting took 2 hours.
