My sister and I met fur lunch. Our food was delicious, our waitress was very friendly and attentive. They had a great selection for vegetarians which I truly appreciated. Overall, everything was great. My only complaint was that they sat a mother and her two daughters across from us, who were school aged, and the one young girl was playing games on her phone LOUDLY, it was as if the mother tuned her young daughters out because everything that the little girl played and watched was very loud. My advice would be, to just be mindful as to where staff seats folks!

Food and service was very good. Three of us went for Sunday brunch and shared three items on the Sunday brunch menu. All were good as well as the drinks.

We were dining on a Saturday night and the restraurant was very busy. Two couples in our party. Three entrees were received and well prepared. One person ordered the Jambalya and it was served with the rice missing. When the server was notified that something was wrong, she said the meal would be corrected and took the Jambalya back to the kitchen. The server was busy but also ignored our attempts to get her attention for followup. Unfortunately, it was 30 minutes before the entree was returned to our table. The server forgot to check on the meal. Finally, the meal was returned to the table by the manager who apologized for the mix up and delay. After some conversation with the manager about how this missing meal ruined our dining experience, he agreed to waive the cost for all meals on our order. It was the right thing to do.

The food was delicious and the wine was amazing! The service was personalized and our waitress was one of the best we’ve ever experienced. My husband and I were celebrating our 31st wedding anniversary and we couldn’t have picked a better location. This is now our favorite restaurant in Cleveland. It was a little noisy because it’s popular, for obvious reasons, and we were there on a Saturday night.

We stopped in to celebrate my friends promotion. We had a table of 12 women and we were extremely hungry. Moose was our server and gave us all phenomenal service. The food came out very quick and was delicious. We even had the pleasure of meeting the founder of Cooper’s hawk and took some pics with him. I would just like to say thank you so very much for the warm, inviting, personal service we received from our server to the founder. All 12 ladies at the table raved about what a great atmosphere and time they had today. Thank you for being an outstanding place with outstanding staff!!

The hostess and the waitress were amazing. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the wine. It is very loud in there which is the only downside.

The entire experience was awesome. I did the wine tasting first and that was great then had dinner and it was phenomenal. I highly recommend this place.

Our wedding anniversary fell on a random Tuesday, so we thought we’d try a new place. We made a reservation for 7pm; the place was packed, but we were seated right away by a wonderful host who congratulated us on the occasion. The waitress appeared a minute later, seeming flustered, but the drinks arrived quickly, and the pretzel bread was delicious (though we only received one roll to share, with no offer for more). We ordered calamari when the bread arrived. The waitress asked if we were ready to order entrees; we asked for a minute. That minute turned into 45. Still no appetizer. We noticed other tables looking antsy, waiting for food despite being seated before us. The bar was rowdier than expected for what seemed like a chic winery. The waitress briefly reappeared to drop off refills but rushed off before we could order (my husband called it a “drink drive-by”). Another 15 minutes passed before she returned to take our entrée orders—still no appetizer. She told us it had been given to another table. Mistakes happen, so we brushed it off… but shortly after, the table next to us complained to management about the waitress’s attitude. They left in a huff. Our appetizer finally arrived about 1.5 hours after we ordered it. It was chewy, likely frozen and reheated, but the seasoning was fine. When the entrees arrived 30 minutes later, we were expecting to be wowed. It was nearly 9pm at this point. Except… everything was room temp or bordering on cold. Dana’s parmesan-crusted chicken was thin and dry, Mary’s potatoes were unseasoned, and the asparagus was mushy and ice cold in the center. The filet medallions were the best, but more like filet dimes (maybe 4oz of steak in total). The ordeal took three hours and cost $120. Initially we thought we’d caught them on a bad night, but other recent reviews indicate a systemic problem. We have service industry experience and really hope management takes this to heart. Seems like such a waste of potential.

We did wine tasting and stayed for dinner. Everything was wonderful. A newer gentleman served us for wine tasting and he was very friendly and professional which made the night even better. Our food was delicious, came out fast and the service was wonderful. Your floors are very slippery across the back of the dining room and we witnessed several people slide so you may want to take note of that.

This was a birthday dinner for 6 of us. Our server was very friendly and personable. The appetizers we ordered (flatbread, lettuce wraps and potstickers) were delicious and well portioned. However, 2 of our entrees were incredibly salty. One guest had to scrape the sides of his filet mignon to lessen the salty taste. I had to send my salmon back because it was inedible. Another suggestion for staff is to clear dirty dishes in a more timely manner. There wasn't enough room for used appetizer plates and entree plates both. We had to stack plates ourselves and they still never were completely removed.
