We arrived 30 minutes early to do a wine tasting before dinner. Due to the slow service, we were unable to complete the tasting. They let us take two samples with us but we still missed out on two samples because there wasn’t anyone there to take our order half the time. Then when we were seated at our table we waited 20+ minutes to for someone to take our order. The waitress had no idea that she was assigned to our table! If we hadn’t spoken up then we may have never gotten food. The food was delicious as always but service killed the visit for me.

The food and wine were excellent as always. Our server was pleasant but quite inattentive. She did not bring bread to the table. Another employee noticed me trying to get her attention and asked if we needed something. She let the kitchen know we asked for bread. The server came by once to see how the food was but did not refill our water glasses. Overall, we had a good experience.

Started with a wine flight before my table was ready. Excellent experience! So good I signed up for a membership! Food and service was good! Looking forward to my next visit!

Wine and food was very good. We went to have lunch because I got an email of our favorite sandwich (short rib grill cheese and tomato bisque) they didn't have it. We ate at noon and was told they sold the last one. Ok only open for an hour and already out of the special. Very disappointed.

First time and loved the wine tasting; Skirt stake salad, brussels sprouts. Both servers for the tasting and table were great!

There were 4 of us. The other couple was seated right away. When we arrived, I gave my name to the hostess. We waited for 7 minutes or so. Then, 1 of my party, who had been seated earlier came to get us. I believe we would have stood in the entrance way indefinately. We all ordered the chowder. We waited at least 25 minutes to get it. It was good and hot. All of our entrees were probably prepared and waiting to be served because they were all look warm, but good. I talked to the manager, who offerred us a bottle of wine or dessert. We all got dessert. It was a very busy place and very loud. Anymore, my experience going out to dinner has been disappointing in 1 way or another. Mostly, the food is bad. I thought the food was very good and would come back again, maybe not on a weekend. Thanks to the manager for offering us compensation for the look warm entrees.
