My whole got their food and i didn’t I was told the ticket machine hot stock so they didn’t see the last order …mmmmm how nice I had to eat off my friend plate and it was my birthday ..But my waiter Jay was fabulous

I’ll just say the service was underwhelming. Our appetizer took so long it was comped, but we really didn’t see our server after we ordered. No refilling our wine glasses, no how is everything. I expect more from this place as a wine club member and for the prices.

Way too many large groups celebrating occasions in main dining room. Very loud - hard to place our food orders. Service was very slow.

After my last experience I wrote about I was hopeful that it was a one-off of bad food and service, and was very happy to find it was. This most recent return to Cooper's Hawk was a return to the quality of food and service I typically expected when dining there. I had a very pleasant afternoon early dinner date with my wife. The food was prompt and correctly made, the service was frequent and genial, and we were very happy to have chosen Cooper's Hawk to dine at. I very much appreciate that after the less than stellar experience my wife and I had for our birthday dinner a few weeks past the restaurant, management, and company made every effort to win back our trust and took our issues seriously. Look forward to returning again soon.

my personal experience at this location was not good due to the fact that our server was not accommodating to my party as she should have been the service name was Bella. The manager Adam was accommodating and he seemed as if he had talked to her about her customer service, but she still did not seem like she got the point.

Liz went above and beyond to make sure our visit was pleasant. She was very attentive and listened to all our requests and got all of our orders right. We did not have to wait long for drinks. She was friendly and welcoming like an old friend. We will definitely be back.

Great dinner, server was respectful of our pace for the evening. Manager Alia was super-responsive and helpful responding to my call post-visit about a left-behind personal item. Great food and service all around!

We had a great time. Our server was amazing. We were celebrating our parents 55th Wedding Anniversary. They brought us vivante non-alcoholic wine since they saw my parents don't drink.

The Manager was extremely kind and attentive to my needs. The hosts were all kind and professional. My server Joscelin was sweet and attended to my party with a positive attitude. The food was delicious and the drinks were fresh.
