Food was excellent. Our server was very pleasant and kind but service was very alow from getting out water , our pitcher of Sangria and our entrees. They also brought our entrees to the table next to ours and then later brought an entree to our table that we did not order. They also forgot the no cilantro on my order. Clearly the restaurant is very much understaffed and needs more employees and better management. It’s very disorganized and I expect much more from Cooper’s Hawk. I have been a wine club member for years and was very dissatisfied with my dining experience.

It was my first time and I had such a great experience! The food was fantastic and the wine added such a nice touch to the evening. I loved all the variety of wines available as it allowed me to explore and try something I couldn’t elsewhere. The food menu is also quite varied and has something for everyone! The service was great and quick, even though it was fairly busy. Will definitely be returning!

Kevin, out waitstaff, was great , smiling and checking backoften unfortunately, his great service was hampered by the ‘bar is backed up’ problem. It took over 20 min to get our two glasses of wine. Food was very good quality but swimming in oil/grease

Love the company, however last two times we have visited this location as it’s closes to our new home. Our service has been terrible, bad luck I guess. Server was over loaded with tables. Our server kept misremembering things and also tried to make up for it with a complimentary soup. This time however we were celebrating my friends birthday I was embarrassed to say the least.

We enjoyed a great meal, chicken wrap’s appetizer, my husband had Gumbo and I had the glazed Salmon. It was all delicious. The drinks were also great. We each had two drinks and spend $160 including tip. Overall we were very happy with the quality of the food and service.

Went in on Christmas Eve waited about a hour and a half for the food , food was a little cold but the plate was burning hot must’ve been sitting somewhere, food & service was good overall

Apparently they just hire anyone. They used to be a great place to go to. Service was terrible,the guy barely came to the table. Our drinks didn't arrive until our entrees were served. The check took another 30 minutes and sorry, when you see there isn't many people at the restaurant at 4pm and you still can't manage to be considerate ofnones time given there is an infant at the table, it's just ridiculous. Unlikely I'll come back to this location again. Not worth the money nor time.

No one came to our table for 30 minutes. The manager took care of our two drinks. We didn’t get full silverware. The over the border egg rolls were good. We took the entrees to go. The broccoli that came along with the pork chop was burnt. The pork chop tasted good. There weren’t many roasted vegetables with the steak. The steak was good.
