While I waitress was kind we were waiting because she forgot about us. Reservation was as 8:30. We were seated promptly and the host was Really nice and welcoming. They were really busy and we were waiting a lot. Waited a while for our waitress, waited over 30 minutes for drink samples. The wine came a few minutes after our dinner arrived. My sons 2nd order came out before our 1st order came out. Then of course my daughter's food was cold and they had to remake it. I was fine with everything until I wanted to order my husband some egg rolls to go. To find out that the kitchen closed an hours ago! So of course no dessert. She did take off the appetizer because we were waiting so long.

I had a bad experience with a previous dinning experience and was given two vouchers to visit any cooper hawk location but give or take I wanted to give this location another try and wish I didn’t. The server was amazing however when we received our food it was cold (red wine braised short ribs) as much as I hate to send my food back my husband and I refused to eat it cold we sent it to be warm. We have come to the conclusion that this location is no longer on our list of favorite restaurants. No manager came to the table at all to make sure our warmed up food was satisfying. I’ll just use this location to pick up bottles of my wine. Disappointed wine club member!!!

The food was good. Service was so SLOW. It took 15-20 mins to get our wine order. They were very busy so one would think they would be eager to turn our table but they were not. There was a lot of waiting for everything. Our meal took 2.5 hours and all we ordered was wine and a main. No apps, no desserts. While I love a leisurely meal, this was too much.

Food was excellent. Our server was very pleasant and kind but service was very alow from getting out water , our pitcher of Sangria and our entrees. They also brought our entrees to the table next to ours and then later brought an entree to our table that we did not order. They also forgot the no cilantro on my order. Clearly the restaurant is very much understaffed and needs more employees and better management. It’s very disorganized and I expect much more from Cooper’s Hawk. I have been a wine club member for years and was very dissatisfied with my dining experience.

It was my first time and I had such a great experience! The food was fantastic and the wine added such a nice touch to the evening. I loved all the variety of wines available as it allowed me to explore and try something I couldn’t elsewhere. The food menu is also quite varied and has something for everyone! The service was great and quick, even though it was fairly busy. Will definitely be returning!

Kevin, out waitstaff, was great , smiling and checking backoften unfortunately, his great service was hampered by the ‘bar is backed up’ problem. It took over 20 min to get our two glasses of wine. Food was very good quality but swimming in oil/grease

Love the company, however last two times we have visited this location as it’s closes to our new home. Our service has been terrible, bad luck I guess. Server was over loaded with tables. Our server kept misremembering things and also tried to make up for it with a complimentary soup. This time however we were celebrating my friends birthday I was embarrassed to say the least.
