Sunday's Brunch was horrible! Extremely horrible! French Toast taste like wood! Had to leave there and go get something to eat!! My advice save your money!

We have been coming to this location for years. Bottle club members, loyally coming at least monthly. We had an 845 reservation this past Friday, and sat down once we finished our wine tasting., so maybe 910? Ordered drinks, appetizer and food right away. Waited almost 30 mins to get our drinks, our dinners came out before the appetizer, and when it did come, it was freezing cold. My meal was wrong, and then had to wait another 20 mins to remake it. My asparagus side came as a steaming heap, mostly yellow, looked old and was the worst presentation I’ve ever seen. Like a 5 year old made it. My husbands steak and lobster were super salty, and he gets that all the time. The only silver lining was our entire dinner and drinks were comped, they gave us dinner on them for next time, plus they gave us soup while we were waiting. So we only paid tax. The manager was beyond apologetic, so at least that’s something. Again, we have been coming to Cooper’s Hawk for like 10 years, never had an experience like this, at this location or any. I don’t know if they have a new chef, new management or what’s happening, but be wary. I’ll give them another shot with the free gift certificate they gave us, but if it’s similar, we are ending our membership and won’t be back. Maybe don’t come after 8? Who knows.

Made a reservation explicitly stating that it was my partners birthday. The folks at the host stand acknowledged that it was a birthday dinner and there was absolutely NO follow up from them after. Furthermore, service was terribly slow for a restaurant at about 30% capacity. It took about 12-14 minutes to get cups of water for our table and then were one short. Bread for the table didn’t come out until our main entrees were being set down. Main entrees took about 40 minutes to come out which was surprising considering we got fairly simple dishes: burger, pasta, shrimp. After which, water was only refilled for two glasses at our table. Our server never came back with more water to top the others off after running out. On top of all that, our server had the audacity to still charge us for a side dish that never got brought to the table. Amateur hour. The only good thing of value is the wine tasting. I’d never come back for anything else.

The food was outstanding. The ambiance was wonderful. I visited to meet friends for lunch. They ordered from the breakfast and bubbles menu and really enjoyed it. The bartender made a wonderful nonalcoholic peach raspberry Bellini for me and later a tall glass of cranberry juice to enjoy while my friends did a wine 🍷 tasting. Overall, a great time was had by all!

Stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner and staff was very eager in accommodating Us. Our server, Edward, took time to go over the specials for the day.

Food was well prepared, but they did not have my favorite dish so I ordered safe plates. Our server was very friendly and professional, but servers always seem overwhelmed at this location. Overall, our dinner was a success and my guest enjoyed.

My steak was overcooked twice. Both the waitress and manager were apologetic but after the second well done filet when I asked for it to be cooked medium I no longer wanted to eat. This was surprising since I’ve always enjoyed the food.
