I had the lettuce wraps, which came with very small pieces of lettuce (not large enough for wrapping) and the chicken was not cooked, just slices of cold chicken. I’ve had this appetizer on many occasions and it was definitely served different, not improved! I was celebrating a friends birthday and noted that on the reservation and also told the waiter, and it was not acknowledged at all. My friend had the turkey burger w/fries and noted that the fries were not quality, and seemed that they were also different than before. Overall, I feel like the waiter was too busy and did not check in with us after the food was delivered. Didn’t come back until he brought the checks. This was not a good experience and I’m disappointed that I took my friend there for her birthday celebration dinner.

The Parmesan chicken was ridiculously thin and looked completely like fake meat. The mashed potatoes looked old, not fresh at all. I think people only eat here after they’ve at least inhaled two large bottles of libations. Cause there’s no way a sober person thinks that Cooper’s Hawk serves awesome food, no way at all.

Service was extremely slow. We waited for 20 minutes and no server came. I went to the hostess stand and alerted them. Food took a while and the restaurant was half full. Then for the wine tasting, we spent an hour and a half. Total time at restaurant was over 4 hours. This location really struggles with time. It is a constant issue.

I recently dined at Cooper's Hawk and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Despite having a reservation, we waited an unbelievable 45 minutes to be seated. Once we finally received our food, I was shocked by the portion sizes compared to the prices on the menu; it felt quite ridiculous. To add to the frustration, the quality of the food seemed rushed. It lacked the care and attention one would expect, which was surprising given the restaurant's reputation. Overall, I left feeling dissatisfied and unlikely to return any time soon.

I was upset with our sitting area by the double doors in the back of the restaurant. I was so cold and I requested a booth. Host said no server was available in that area
