The food and atmosphere were great. The server was very pleasant, but didn’t check on us frequently. We had to remind the gentleman several times of things we needed. Other than that the food was great, the ambiance was great, and has a good time!

I visit this location more than others and this was the first first time I was disappointed and upset. When I arrived 15 minutes before my reservation, I heard other customers complaining that they haven’t been seated and they have been waiting for an hour. We were seated around 8:30 and my reservation was for 8:00. When seated it took some time to place our drink and appetizer order. Then we placed our food order. I understand if the restaurant is busy and crowd, but to order a meal and 25 minutes later be told that they are out is just unacceptable. The waiter was very nice but to service was very slower than normal. I do understand it was busy and crowded, so this can be overlooked. Slow service and long wait time to be seated can be over looked, but to not have something as basic as soup, and not be told until after a long wait is unacceptable. To top it all off, the manger’s comment to us was, oh we ran out, so sorry. Overall bad experience, not sure if I will come to this location again.

The chicken in my pasta was cold, I asked waiter for new plate was given my same plate just reheated. I ate it it was very delicious. Only issue was the cold chicken

Decided to try out the Oak Lawn location since we have had 2 not so great experiences in New Lenox. It was easy to get a reservation, probably because they don't care and just over book the heck out of the place. It was JAMMED. Arrived about 10 minutes before our reservation and did not get seated for about 30 + minutes. Server was fine, salmon was delicious, steak was a little over cooked and not prepared off the gluten free menu as requested. For me fine, but my bf is a celiac so not so great. Did not send it back. We waited so long we were starving. All and all I think Coopers Hawk has gone from a nice, fair priced semi upscale restaurant to nothing but a chain who thinks they're upscale. I think we are going to hang it up on CHW as there are many other small places that are quiet and tailored to their clients. Too bad since we have been members since the first one opened in Orland Park. I would like to thank CH for giving us an opportunity to redeem themselves with the dinner vouchers we had. I think it's just not for us. Maybe we just go out too much and are spoiled by the lovely fine dining places we go every week.

Our server was friendly but not very attentive. After waiting for 20 minutes I had to go to the bartender to get a wine chiller and glasses of water.

We really enjoy our lunches and dinners at Coopers Hawk in Oak Lawn. Tonight we brought our eldest grandchildren to celebrate their excellent grades in school. Our server Lamar was very helpful with their dinner choices.

I love Coopers Hawk! Everything is always on point when I go! They never miss with them Brussels Sprouts- so delicious!🩷 And if you never been, I highly recommend the wine tasting! The Wine club has so many perks!

I normally go to Burr Ridge, but Oak Lawn is closer. Waiter was rarely around, and there wasn’t a lot of people there. His backup did help a bit but over all I felt service was slow.
