I have been to Cooper’s Hawk quite a few times and normally have a good experience but this time it was not. Even though the restaurant area had many open tables, my wife and I were seated in a both in the bar area which was VERY noisy. It was hard to hear our server and have a conversation between each other. We were never asked if it was ok to be seated in the bar. Besides the bad ambiance the service and food were just ok. I’ve noticed the last few times the quality of food and service has been going down while the price keeps going up. Will more than likely be my last time dining at Cooper’ Hawk.

I miss getting the magnums as an anniversary gift. No one needs velvet bags. I was also told by someone in the tasting room that magnums were only given out every other year and that is not correct.

We always enjoy going to the New Lenox Cooper Hawks restaurant. We prefer that one in comparison to Burr Ridge or Downers Grove lovcations.

It is such a phenomenal place to eat and so happy it’s so close to home! Dustin, the General Manager, is unreal. We frequent the location often and would be hard pressed to find a more professional and courteous manager! And his staff is the same! Never a bad server, never bad food, just excellent!

The service was great and we enjoyed sitting in the bar area. But did not feel the portions were not worth the cost of the appetizers.
