AS always, a tasting and meal at Cooper's Hawk is always wonderful. This last time there was some confusion regarding who our server was. I alerted one server to the fact that no one had come to the table for 30 minutes. She, in turn, told the assistant manager who quickly came to our table apologizing for the mix up. He took our orders including for our wine. Soon after that came their amazing pretzel bread and our wine. As we waited for our dinners the manager came over and explained that one server came to work sick and she told the server she needed to go home and could not work. Ultimately our food came and was delicious. I am a former ServSafe instructor for the National Resaurant Association, my friend and I complemented the manager for turning the sick employee away - which is exactly what is required per food sanitation rules and standards. The fact that she followed health department guidelines makes me even more confident that the food and beverages at Cooper's Hawk are prepared not ony with wonderful ingrediens but much needed and required safety standards

Waitress checked on us several times. It was also nice for the manager Jess to come out and greet us and asked how everything was going. It’s a very nice personal effect which makes one feel good and appreciated.

As always, food and service were great. Our server, Jillian, was excellent, both friendly and efficient. I also want to speak about Kat, a server we have had many times. She always stops by to say hello and chat for a few minutes. Exceptional customer service.

Our server Nicole was great. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Offered suggestions about food and wine. The barbecue brisket sandwich was delicious, jambalaya was a big hit and we finished the meal with the chocolate cookie dessert. Love the outdoor seating. Overall it was an enjoyable meal.
