CH almost never disappoints on customer service and today's was great as usual. However, the brunch menu was lackluster at best. The flavors were bland and the egg and brisket entrée was an odd mix of foods, and was put together haphazardly into a disheveled pile of mush and under cooked eggs with raw egg white slime on top of unknown and visibly unidentifiable cheese? The deviled egg and lobster was green and red lumps of goo on top of spinach with no sign of deviled eggs to be found. I recommend they drop the brunch idea and stick with what works. If they want to try something different it should go through some sort of opinion survey evaluation process first.

Coopers never lets us down. The waiters are very pleasant and attentive. All the food on the menu is excellent quality. The atmosphere is perfect and great for date night. I can eat there every day
