This is the first time that I wasn’t that pleased with the food or service at this location. Our server was so nice but they must have been very short handed because service was very slow, tables weren’t cleaned and my BBQ Chicken Salad wasn’t as appetizing as usual. Must have been an off day because I do prefer this location and have always been completely satisfied with the food & service here. But like I said before our waitress Lori was very nice.

Jacob was our server and he was amazing very attentive. One of the best servers I had since coming to this location for three years.

The waiter was clearly overworked, running back and forth between tables and sweating, but he tried his best to manage everything. Unfortunately, the food was underwhelming, and the wait time to receive our order was quite long. I felt bad for the waiter, who seemed to be doing his best despite the challenging situation. Hopefully, they can improve staffing and food quality to enhance the overall dining experience.

It was our first time on Thanksgiving Day, loved it. My friends and I meet up on the day of Thanksgiving for lunch every year and the restaurant we used to go to closed down. We’ve been trying to find a new place and we decided this is the place to go every year now! Loved their Thanksgiving menu and it was delicious!!

We have been Cooper Hawk wine club members for over a decade. This past visit was the first time we could not enjoy a good wine experience as they were out of stock on several wines. Mainly the last several “wine of the month” selections. Disappointing to have dinner at a wine club where the availability was very limited.

Marco was an excellent waiter; fun, informative, professional, on top of things! Alex was great behind the wine tasting bar…we had some nice conversations and it’s obvious he enjoys what he does. In the not too distant past, we had Ninos as our sommelier…perfect service, wonderful conversations, very informative. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for the wonderful service!
