This months Scallops were delivious! Service was amazing as our friend had to leave about 20 minutes after ordering she got very ill. Obviously, she didn’t eat her dinner so they took that off of our bill as well as the glass of wine she had ordered with no hassle.

Restaurant was pretty full for a Friday night so it was good we had a reservation. We had Lori as our waitress and amidst it being busy, there was no delay in the service whatsoever. She was very down to earth, vibrant and attentive. She made sure we received what we ordered, and came to check on us regularly. Never felt rushed at all. She ensured we had a pleasant time and were satisfied. Love coming to this location. Great staff and service!!!

Our waiter Spencer was simply superb! Friendly, knowledgeable, explained things well, patient, checked back regularly, made sure we liked what we ordered. He represented the restaurant beautifully and professionally and did well by them trying to offer but not push additional or 2nd items (great wines!). 3 of us ordered different things and all loved what we got - Chicken piccata (not breaded like some places fyi), very thin but yummy. Feta & grilled vegetable flatbread very tasty, best lobster, crab, shrimp bisque ever and repeat on the tenderloin medallions equally good. We celebrated a birthday and couldn't have been happier. Was better than the one that used to be on Oak Street in Chicago. Will definitely go back. Manager Dee made us feel welcome. The sales of wines and merchandise front of store - spacious and great stuff. Eager to go back. Bathrooms needed tidying more often on a busy night. Highly recommend this location - Morton Grove, IL

01.16.2025 Ryan, Bartender and Server Ryan, like Tina, his typical bartending partner (see below), does his job extremely well. He is thoughtful, professional, kind, polite, warm, caring, and genuine. His food and beverage ordering suggestions are always helpful and instructive. Ryan makes customers feel comfortable and valued. He always remembers and to my continuing delight, usually delivers my favorite libation without being asked. Also, as with Tina, Ryan treats everyone with the same high level of care and service, not only the regulars. We have observed him and them long enough to know. Of special note, one truly valuable and rare highlight of Ryan's character is that he is chivalrous. To be clear, every Cooper's Hawk Morton Grove employee with whom we have interacted has been above average. I point to these two in particular because they are exemplary. If I had employees or perhaps even children, I would feel quite fortunate to have Ryan and Tina be among them. This may seem over-the-top, though I mean it most sincerely. And I believe S. feels the same. Also, for clarity, we receive and expect no compensation for these reviews. We hope to provide some warm return and share our gratitude for people whose presence and kind assistance make our lives better.

This is my go to location for Cooper’s Hawk. Staff is friendly and attentive. Today I Lori as my server and she was delightful. I also did wine tasting and was assisted by Kat. I’ve never had a bad experience here with either service nor food. I recommend

Our waiter was great. As was the Host at the wine tasting. The hostess staff were pretty did not display good customer service, even though we were. We had to wait for 30 minutes for a table. Was disappointed in their response. The appetizer we ordered, tasted like it could’ve been sitting out for a while, but was still good. I ordered the lighter version of the beef medallions, and will never do that again. I wish I would’ve returned it, but because I was hungry, I went ahead and ate it. The potatoes were undercooked, and the meat was overcooked. Was very disappointed this time around with the food.
