Regina our waitress was attentive, speedy and friendly. Allison the manager went above and beyond to make sure the night was special for us. Highly recommend and will return!

BEWARE THIS LOCATION IS NOT LGBT FRIENDLY today was my girlfriend and i’s 6 year anniversary. We have been coming to the Naperville Cooper’s hawk for the last 4 years because of the amazing service and treatment we got. Not to mention they were so welcoming and affirmative. They have always treated us with the upmost respect and dignity any couple deserves. We always felt so celebrated. This year we decided to go to the Montgomery location since it is significantly closer to us. Firstly, the service was terrible. Our server’s name was Jennifer and she barely batted an eye at us. I saw clearly on the reservation card that the host gave her that it was a special occasion and anniversary celebration. All other times we have been acknowledged right away and congratulated. This time the server said nothing. It took forever to get our tastings. And then our food came out before we even got the chance to order a bottle. She checked in on surrounding tables 3 times before coming to us and when she came to us she rushed away before we could order our bottle. Finally when we were nearly done with our food we were able to track her down and get our bottle of wine ordered. She proceeded to talk to neighboring tables to leave a good review for her. At the end of our meal she immediately congratulated the straight couple next to us. Her verbatim words were “you guys should order a cocktail! We comp cocktails for any special occasion, especially anniversaries!” At this point we were in tears at the complete lack of respect we were treated with. We left promptly after paying. We will never be coming back to this location. Our anniversary was completely ignored and invalidated. I t ruined our whole night. THIS LOCATION DOES NOT TREAT LGBTQ PEOPLE EQUALLY

Gina was very attentive. She explained the wines we were having and went over items on the menu. Checked on us several times. Excellent server.

Servicer - super friendly very engaging. But was slow. No bread offered with our drinks or even when our appetizer came out. Had to ask for it. Had to ask again when the meal came out & said the kitchen was backed up. Not typical of a Cooper's hawk. Did not have the dessert m6 son wanted they were out.

Tasting experience was phenomenal, dinner experience was extremely poor!! Has happened several times now at the Montgomery IL location. Very disappointed..

It was a very pleasant evening. The staff was very attentive and well-trained. Despite being a busy night, our server made us feel welcome. She was knowledgeable about the menu and some finer points of wine club membership. There are two other CH restaurants a short drive away but this is our new favorite, primarily due to our server's skill, style, and professionalism. We look forward to our next visit.

So far have never been disappointed with our experiences at Cooper’s Hawk. Food is exceptional and great wine with offers of tasting if any questions about a variety.

We had a 8:30 reservation and was seated by 8:45, which was fine. Server was friendly, but slow. Took a long time to get drinks, bread, appetizers and meal. We finished eating about 10, which was great, and wanted to order dessert. Another 15 min to get dessert menu and order, only to be told kitchen closed at 10. We should have been told if we want dessert, kitchen closed before everyone was done eating.

My wife and I went to this Montgomery location for her birthday celebration. The medallions were very good as usual. My 8oz filet had some frizzle in it is why I gave a 4 for the food. Otherwise, everything was very good including the service and wine tasting area. Keep it up. Maybe, consider expanding the tasting area and include pairing with chocolates.
