This has become our favorite restaurant. Not just because of the food, but the service, and the attentiveness by the waitstaff. We really feel they want to make every occasion special, whether you’re there for a casual lunch or a special occasion. Highly recommend it, and a great addition to the restaurants we have here in Oswego.

Glad we had a reservation since it was crowded. Front desk lady needs to greet people looking at them and with a smile. She was looking at computer the whole time. The service was awesome. Our server was Bilawal Israr. Answered all our questions and apologized for the wait on our main course. The appetizer came timely but then there must have been a backup. We never said anything but then manager came and also apologized and treated me to glass of wine (offered husband something but he was good). The food was very good. Bilawal made sure we were all good with everything.

Food was great and the service even better. Cici was our server and she was excellent. Manager Chip took care of our party and our reservation preference. It was my wife’s BDay and it was an awesome night thanks to all!

We were celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary dining at Coopers Hawk. The manager surprised us with a bottle of sparking wine for our anniversary on hime. We had a wonderful time. The staff and manager were very attentive. Thank you so much. Margarita & Francisco.

Cold and over cooked French fries. Burger over cooked as well. Done with this chain.

The filet mignon and the filet medallion were not as good as the price made it seem. They were also over cooked from what we had requested; however, we had already waited quite some time for our food so didn’t want to wait for longer. Definitely recommend the mashed potatoes though. The service was good up until the end when we had to wait 10 minutes or so for our server to notice we were ready to go when they were chit-chatting with other staff.

The wife and I went for a date night and had a great time. The service was great and everything we had was very good.. If you can, go early and do the wine tasting. We had a blast.
