The hostess and our server were the only bright spots of the evening. The speed of service, the temperature of the food, clearing of empty dishes & refills of water were subpar.

This is the fourth time I’ve been to this location since its opening and though the service is good, the kitchen is quite slower than other Cooper’s Hawk locations I’ve been to.

Food was amazing, waiter (Christopher) was fun, extremely knowlegeable, and the service was excellent! His wine recommendations were spot on!

Everything was excellent. Food, service, ambiance, wine, pricing. We could easily eat there several times a week!

Our server Lauren N did an outstanding job. We were two couples requesting separate checks as we are both multi-Coopers Hawk wine club members. We each had loyalty and or birthday points on our cards, we each had small tastings at the table, then ordered tastings-in-a-glass using multiple cards (using up our October tastings) and she kept it all flowing smoothly. She was relaxed, smiled and was gracious throughout our visit. The restaurant was busy, but our food and drinks were served without lags between appetizer, entree and dessert courses. We wouldn't hesitate to request her by name again.

It was our first time there for my daughter’s birthday. One of the meals was incorrect and one of the drinks was incorrect. My daughter ordered the pan seared salmon on the light menu, and they served the soy ginger entree. I said this doesn’t look like what she ordered, and the server said this is the salmon. I said I thought there were 2 types of salmon, and they said this is the salmon. We asked for the menu to show them what she ordered, and they served the wrong dish. The entree my daughter ordered came, and it was good but the potatoes were not fully cooked. My husband ordered a regular mojito not the one on the menu with passion fruit. I made it clear he wanted a regular mojito. They brought the passion fruit mojito. I knew it was the wrong one because of the color. We will go there again even though we did not have the best experience, but the food was good and the servers were very apologetic.

Nothing was hot. Soup was cold, entree was tepid. Server was disinterested...stopped another server as he went through specials because ours did not. Oh well...buyer beware. I'll stick to the one in Warrenville. Worth the drive.
