Food was good. They were out of what we usually order - the Dana’s parm crusted chicken. The server was good. Food took a while to get, but was good!

Understandably this is as a busy Saturday but we were surprised at what seemed like a shortage of waitstaff to stay engaged with the tables, slowness of the bar, and 45m+ for entrees. All that said, we keep coming back for the overall service, food and wine, and value. Just an encouragement to be mindful that weekends may find a slight decline in what is normally a stellar experience.

Oh my gosh, I thought it was going to be a mad house. Not only was everyone relaxed and calm. Our waitress CiCi was the BEST!! We never had to look for her. We never had to ask for anything. She was a mind reader. Hands down the best server I have had in years! I told her there and then. Thanksgiving was amazing thanks to Coopers Hawk and CiCi!!! The food was perfection, the wait time non existent, drinks refilled as if she was a mind-reader...love love love this place. Our first time at this newly built establishment and would not hesitate to go again!! Delish!!!!

Took almost 30 minutes to get drinks that were wrong It was thanksgiving turkey plate tepid very bland literally an hour plus for premade food

Meal was amazing and our server Christopher was absolutely amazing!!!! We had a wonderful evening and the food was delish!!!!!!

We celebrated thanksgiving and it was a wonderful experience. The food was great and our service was excellent. Would definitely go for thanksgiving again next year

Always amazing. The food is so good and the staff is always phenomenal. For a chain especially, it really is just so good and personal.
