Usually, we have to wait a long time for food. It’s hit or miss if comes out right or overcooked and salty. This time we didn’t even get to dine. There was a large man hovering over our booth coughing and facing sideways, his arm was over on our side- no respect whatsoever. That was after waiting 30 mins to get seated when we had a reservation. Then we asked to be moved, they tried to put us a table, we asked for a booth. There were several open but the hostess seemed confused and said we would need to wait another 5-10 mins, at that point it was 9:30pm and I told my husband to let’s just leave and get food on the way home. Very disappointing experience. It’s not alway like this but it was this time.

Had a wonderful wine tasting directed by Paul, followed by a great meal served by Bianca. A very nice evening.

We LOVE Cooper's Hawk - and this location is our new favorite. It's lively, and the service is always spectacular. Actually, Ive never had bad service at ANY location, but this place does seem more energetic. Our server, Jessica was on point, and was lovely. It's amazing how much a server can make or break a dining experience. We had the BEST time out, and can't wait to come back again.

The hostess and our server were the only bright spots of the evening. The speed of service, the temperature of the food, clearing of empty dishes & refills of water were subpar.

Jason was a terrible server. No bread even after asking. Had to ask for the salad to be brought out. 5 mins for drink order, 10 minutes for delivery, salad and food came out at same time. Food was fantastic, the kitchen did great. 110 bucks for wife's birthday dinner to hear her say don't let me pick the restaurant anymore this was terrible. Second time coming, but service makes a difference for sure. Ill spend the extra fifty and go to Sullivan's.

This is the fourth time I’ve been to this location since its opening and though the service is good, the kitchen is quite slower than other Cooper’s Hawk locations I’ve been to.

Food was amazing, waiter (Christopher) was fun, extremely knowlegeable, and the service was excellent! His wine recommendations were spot on!

Ben was our server and he was by far the best!!! He was very detailed, informative, and a great time! My husband and I had a blast for our date night! Thanks Ben!
