Oh my gosh, I thought it was going to be a mad house. Not only was everyone relaxed and calm. Our waitress CiCi was the BEST!! We never had to look for her. We never had to ask for anything. She was a mind reader. Hands down the best server I have had in years! I told her there and then. Thanksgiving was amazing thanks to Coopers Hawk and CiCi!!! The food was perfection, the wait time non existent, drinks refilled as if she was a mind-reader...love love love this place. Our first time at this newly built establishment and would not hesitate to go again!! Delish!!!!

Took almost 30 minutes to get drinks that were wrong It was thanksgiving turkey plate tepid very bland literally an hour plus for premade food

Meal was amazing and our server Christopher was absolutely amazing!!!! We had a wonderful evening and the food was delish!!!!!!

We celebrated thanksgiving and it was a wonderful experience. The food was great and our service was excellent. Would definitely go for thanksgiving again next year

Always amazing. The food is so good and the staff is always phenomenal. For a chain especially, it really is just so good and personal.

I just love Cooper’s Hawk! I have never had a bad meal at the restaurant. Thanksgiving 2024 was wonderful, we had a very nice Thanksgiving at Cooper’s Hawk in Montgomery, IL. Cici was our waitress and she was a gem💎 She was so attentive, friendly, informative, nice, hard working, and just an over great person. The food was awesome, as always, of course there was a doggie bag for me to nibble on later. Another home run Copper’s Hawk! Thank you to all the employee’s who took time away from their families to take care of mine❤️🙏
