Very inattentive waitress. Had to ask for water and bread. Waited a long time for her to take our order. Ordered medium steak but received well done. “Roasted” Potatoes were nearly raw. Would have sent the dish back but our waitress didn’t return until it was time for the check. The manager did comp this meal when we spoke to the waitress but I went home hungry. I’m not sure if this newer location is under staffed or still working out the kinks. Until this, I would say we’ve always had a great experience at other Coopers Hawk locations.

Food and service were fantastic. Risotto incredible. Only complaint was noise, not untenable but definitely quite loud. Took a fair bit to get seated past our reservation time so definitely plan for that. Altogether a very good experience, will come back again.

Made reservations, arrived a bit early, had one drink in bar and table was ready. Server was excellent. Great night, great food, good wine.

Our server “B” was excellent and made sure everything at our table was perfect. My husband really enjoyed his birthday dinner!

Our waiter, Matt, was just amazing. He was funny and attentive. For someone who was new to CH, he did an amazing job. We were so happy with him and hope to get him again. Thank you Matt for a great experience!!

I don't know of another Restaurant that has Your Delicious Bread and Butter for Beginners! And the Drunkin Shrimp Appetizer is AMAZING! I swiped my Bread right thru that Butter Sauce! BILAWAY was our Waiter, Very Accurate, Personable and Friendly, just what you want in a Dinner Experience. WE always look forward to the Delicious Food that Coopers offers!
