Had the blackened tuna which was excellent. Seared correctly and great taste. Also had the monthly chef's special of the butternut squash ravioli with the lobster and shrimp. Terrific dish.

I have been a Coopers Wine Club Member for many many years. They provide a consistent experience and the wines are some of the best blends you can find anywhere. The Middleton restaurant is fairly new and the experience was the same. So while it was our first time, it was just like every other time!!! Good Service, Good Food and a great atmosphere.

Great wines,great food, service was great but servers should have a more professional dress code as blue jeans and sloppy shirts are not very professional looking. Would have liked it to be quieter as everyone had to talk loud just to hear each other.

For the prices, I was disappointed in the lack of service I got while dining at the bar. One of my biggest pet peeves is when my glass is empty for an unreasonable amount of time and I have to ask for another drink. Bartenders/servers should be paying attention when your drink gets low and proactively ask if you'd like another drink. They are absolutely understaffed for the volume of customers.

Service at Cooper's Hawk - Middleton was exceptional and we loved Sam, our server for the night. Engaging, wonderful smile, detailed, timely, and knowledgeable. Atmosphere was busy for a Tuesday evening, but noise level was moderate. Love the vibe of the entire place, including the entrance with the tasting bar and some of the most amazing wine glass designs I have ever seen. Drinks were poured and served as they should be. Caprese Flatbread was amazing, and warm bread with butter served when seated was sweet and magnificent. Shrimp and scallop risotto was spot on and flavorful all the way around. Burger with fries was cooked as requested and fit the bill! Chicken Madeira was a bit salty and we shared this with Sam, but still de-lish. Overall, wonderful dining experience and look forward to returning to taste other menu items and enjoy a night out. Big time thumbs up to server Sam!

Loud, slow service and food was just OK. It certainly wasn't worth the money. We loved the waiter, but he was very slow and rarely checked in. It was super loud so we could barely hear each other. I did like the 3 free samples of wine, but it's unadvertised/not offered by staff, so I think that should be documented on the wine list or the menu.
