Caesar salad delicious, best of Madison! Grouper was also delicious well seasoned with delicious sauce; never seen this on local menu before and will return to have it again! Service was pleasant and accurate but very, very slow, long wait times to receive meal, take home box and bill, with no explanations.

Have been here multiple times, the host desk staff has been consistently rude and dismissive. Surprising that this is allowed since the food, atmosphere, wine and waitstaff is excellent.

Went for lunch. Atmosphere and space was nice. Food was pretty good. Service was definitely lacking. Hostess was good but after we ordered we never saw our server again. Ordered an appetizer but food was delivered all together. Never saw our server again except to bring us the bill. Drinks were never refilled. Nobody checked our food was ok. Very disappointing. There were A LOT of staff milling around but nobody checked on us even though we tried waving a few staff members down a few times. This was our first time trying Cooper’s Hawk and we were definitely underwhelmed. I have to assume this isn’t the norm. But it will be hard for me to choose a visit here again given the other good options so nearby.

Amanda our server is wonderful. Food was great. Busy restaurant at lunch but was Valentine’s Day. Still was relaxing enjoyable meal.

Good food though we were seated at a table which would have a blinding amount of sun. I wonder why we weren’t reseated in shade nearby. The service got better as the meal was served. The entrees were excellent (surf and turfs off the special Valentines menu) but the dessert (Banifee pie) was only so-so at best.

We like to avoid the holiday rushes and even get there earlier in the day. Sometimes there are shift changes that cause problems between 2 and 4. Not the case. Our wine tasting was awesome and dinner after was great.

We started our meal with an appetizer special of cheese and Italian sausage arancini fried rice balls with marinara. They were a wonderful way to start our meal, paired with a nice glass of Cooper's Hawk Meritage red wine and an elderberry spritz. We also enjoyed a complimentary serving of pretzel bread that we saved for accompanying our meal. For our main course we both had the Surf and Turf Valentine's Day special. It featured two filet medallions with a winter truffle crust, a blue crab-stuffed lobster tail, roasted broccolini, whipped potatoes, and lemon beurre blanc. Everything was prepared superbly, with the steak being a perfect medium-rare, the lobster very tender, and the broccolini nicely al dente. The mashed potatoes were super smooth, creamy and delicious as well. Despite being quite full, we ordered key lime pie and banoffee (banana-toffee) pie, both made with a graham cracker crust. Both were great, but I would probably order the key lime pie next time instead of the very sweet banoffee. Although it's a 35 minute drive to get to, we now hope to go to Cooper's Hawk on a regular basis!
