We stopped in late at night, approximately 8:45 and they would not take us as a walk-in, so I made a reservation for 9:00 and were able to get seated right away. The food, atmosphere, and service were excellent. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful Valentines dinner at Cooper Hawk! The lobster and filet medallions were cooked perfectly! Vinnie and Heather paid great attention to detail and made our night special!

We love this place. The food is always fantastic! We went on Valentine’s Day and made our reservation super easy on the app and was able to get in 10 mins before our time. Our server A1 (yes like the steak sauce) was amazing! He was super friendly and happy to just chat a bit even on a busy night, but we never felt like we needed something. He was always on top of it!

Came here with my mom for Galentines. Got the Special Surf and Turf which was SO GOOD. I think our waitresses name was Bri. She was so nice! The only thing I didn’t like was the girl who checked us in upfront and the girl who walked us to our table. Both had attitudes and it was obvious.

We arrived early and there was open seating in the bar. We still had to wait even with open tables. Then to add insult to the situation, I informed the hostess of the open seating & she tried to say she was holding the seat for someone else because it was a 6 top. After we waited for 15 minutes, she decided to seat us, then shortly afterwards seated 2 people at that same 6 top she said was being held. This behavior was done with a reservation! I'm appalled at the hostess' behavior and lack of customer service skills!

I love Coopershawk but with everyone wanting the Valentines special dinner, Steak medallions and Crap stuffed lobster, it took way longer than normal and the food was warm but not hot execpt the vegetable was cold. Our server was outstanding. I will go back.

Both my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Kristen our server was very attentive and accommodating, she made our dining experience and absolute pleasure. Our entrees were cooked to perfection (Maple Pork Chops and Surf & Turf). The entree pairings were thoughtfully crafted and flavored deliciously.

Staffing shortages seem to have an impact on the service levels. We had a longer than normal wait to order, and throughout our dining experience. They were very nice but working the bar & trying to keep all other guests served timely was a challenge.
