They must have been backed up in the kitchen because it took awhile to get our food. When we did get the food my tenderloins were luke warm as was the potato’s. I asked for well done they were medium well at best. Overall it was good they gave us champagne for our anniversary and then because of the wait for food they gave us free desert

We have been wine club members for nearly eight years and Coopers has been one of our favorite restaurants. However the past couple of times we have had dinner there have been a disappointment. The quality of the food and the preparation have really diminished while the prices have gone up significantly since Covid. The wedge salad that comes with the flatbread combo is just a pile of lettuce. This has happened twice. I literally had one half of a cherry tomato on mine, not to mention skimpy bacon and cheese. Shrimp scampi-the shrimp was small, tough and overcooked with no parmesan crust. Sauce was nearly tasteless. Pork chop was great tasting, though pretty small for the money, and the scallops were dried up and tough and had to be sent back. The roasted vegetables looked like and tasted like they had been cooked and recooked multiple times. We also did a tasting prior to dinner and the service was so slow that we almost missed our reservation-not to mention the skimpy and inconsistent pours these days. On the positive side, our service from Jen in the restaurant was excellent. Obviously the kitchen was very slow and had problems, but you can't blame the server for that. We miss the good ole days when we knew we would always have a great meal at Coopers! I hope the issues can be addressed.

Our service was outstanding, from Tess at the tasting bar to Michael our server and of course we have to mention Laura!!! They all made our anniversary celebration special. The food was hot, generous servings and delicious! Try the Shanghai braised short ribs😋
