KW, nice waitress attentive but not excessive on our dinner. Only had to park in garage which was a semi short walk. We have been to the Kenwood location and we will continue to make this a regular restaurant for future meals.

Had a wine tasting before dinner which can be crowded. We were seated promptly and the dinner was great. Staff are very friendly.

Molly did so great! We were celebrating an anniversary and she gave us the perfect amount of space without being too far away from when we would need her. For as busy as it was our courses were delivered with perfect timing and perfect quality. Truly a 10/10 experience.

The food was good but the service was extremely poor! The worst service I have experienced in many years. For a winery that appears to pride itself on pairing wine with food (entrees), they should really focus on actually SERVING the wine WITH the food. My wife and I were over half-way finished with our entree before our wines arrived in order to try them with the food.

We really enjoy our wine club membership and opened a bottle from our inventory with our dinner. We love the happy hour sliders.

Had to ask for drink refills, and checks multiple time. Lots of new servers training but not great service. Items were put on wrong check. Food was just ok.

We recently met friends for brunch at Cooper’s, eager to try it since we’re frequent visitors for dinner. While our server was exceptional—truly a 11/10—the rest of the experience was disappointing. We waited nearly 50 minutes for our food, and when it arrived, there were multiple mix-ups. My order, which should have been the 'eggs anyway,' was a brisket dish. When the rest of the table’s food came out, there was still another brisket dish instead of my order. We sent it back, and our server immediately stepped in, sensing something was wrong. Unfortunately, the kitchen didn’t seem to believe her, and she had to return to take a picture of our empty table for proof before my meal was finally brought out. This level of service didn’t meet the high standard we’ve come to expect from Cooper’s Hawk, and it left us reconsidering our wine club membership. Having a server provide “proof” that food is missing felt far below what we typically experience here. On the bright side, the doughnut appetizer was fantastic, though it arrived after we had finished eating. The mimosas and boozy coffee were also great, but the long wait for our meals really detracted from the experience—especially given that we arrived shortly after opening. We’re not ones to complain, but when you’re spending $120 on brunch for four, it feels necessary to provide this feedback. I’m not sure if this is specific to the Liberty location, but I hope it’s addressed moving forward.
