The Napa Salad is incredible!!! The staff is friendly. The restaurant clean and modern. My server was incredibly attentive and efficient. She never missed a beat and was very attentive but not obtrusive.

Busy Friday night crowd, which put us being seated about 20 minutes past our reservation. Service was okay, but the server wasn’t very detailed about how dishes were prepared when we asked. The kitchen must’ve been slammed because it took a bit to get our main entrees. The flatbread sausage and cheese app was delightfully crispy and flavorful! Great blend of veggies, meat, and cheese. The parm crusted chicken with potatoes and green beans was fabulous. Tender and a large portion. The roasted chicken risotto was not great. I could cook the chicken better at home and the rest of the dish was just okay. The best thing on it was the cheese. Overall, we might try Coopers Hawk again, but I’d rather drive the extra distance to eat in down town KC.

Our evening was not ruined, but our waitress Friday night in the bar areas service (Amanda) on September 27 was not what we normally receive. We had to wave her down multiple times to order food, drinks and refill water (twice on the water). Not happy about this service. Also twice now the dirty martinis are so dirty they taste like pure salt.

We've been dining at Cooper's Hawk at least once per month since they opened, always been pleased and impressed, until last night. Couldn't get one of our three order's right after two attempts (completely wrong ahi tuna served) and for the first time ever, we were disappointed in the desert - Pineapple Upside Down Mochi cake. The tuna situation just shouldn't have happened as we pointed to the item on the menu, enough said. The dessert issue, even with the ice cream it was dry, so just wouldn't recommend that item, other choices are better.
