Our server Jasmine was AMAZING!!! She was very attentive, pleasant and knew exactly what we needed. Will request her again!!! Food and wine was also fantastic!

Cooper's Hawk is always a solid choice. I wanted to try the short ribs special, but unfortunately they were out of that for the evening. The appetizers and entrees were very good, the service was excellent. We had a bottle of the white sangria which was excellent. The chicken piccata and shrimp and scallop risotto was the best of the entrees. I always highly recommend going about 45 minutes early and doing the wine tasting up front before dinner. The wines are good and the value is excellent.

Manager did comp appetizer and 1 main course. Service was awful. Ordered special and didn't hear until 25 minutes later that they were out of it and had to get something else. took wine order and didn't show up for 30 minutes. Bread the same. Guess it was just a bad night. Have gone before and had much better experience.

I’ve only dined at Cooper’s Hawk twice. Both visits have exceeded my expectations. I guess I need to try something else but I am hooked on the Trio of Medallions, filets topped with horseradish, bleu cheese, and parmesan. They are so good. The Key Lime Pie is better that what I’ve had in the Florida Keys.

We LOVED our experience tonight, celebrating our anniversary! We had the BEST waitress, Jessica and Jennifer made sure our experience was top notch!!! Couldn’t have asked for a better server. Jessica was spot on with all her suggestions! She was also very sweet and had a great sense of humor! We’ll be back!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Cooper's Hawk to celebrate our Anniversary. Each menu item was delicious, staff very friendly and helpful (especially our server Lisa), and wine recommendations very good as well.
