Coopers Hawk Kildeer never disappoints. Julia our server was attentive and fun! Jen, one of the mangers was so helpful when it came to picking up our wine with recommendations and suggestions.

Not the service I have had or expect from CH. I ordered a soda. No straw. Asked for a straw. Never came. Asked again and finally got it. Never offered bread. Had to ask for it. Finally came. Waitress not attentive at all.

Our party of 4 were there to celebrate my husband's birthday. The food was excellent and we had a nice time. The only minor flaw was that the server didn't automatically bring out the complimentary truffles for dessert. The last time we were there celebrating another birthday, the server brought the truffles, then I wanted to order additional desserts and it took a long time for them to arrive. This time, I ordered the chocolate cake while we were still finishing our entrees, so it would arrive at the same time. But the cake was served, and no truffles. I flagged down the server to ask about it. He brought them quickly, but there was no candle to blow out, so it diminished our celebration.

The brunch menu is terrific. The food is always delicious and the service is outstanding. Try the brunch if you haven’t had it yet. Highly recommend!

Cooper's Hawk never fails! I have been a member for over 10 years and every meal is wonderful. We had the new appetizer last night with lobster and deviled eggs, it was awesome! Had the lettuce wraps for my entree and loved it, great flavor in the vegetables and chicken. We did a wine tasting before our meal and love tasting all your new wines but certainly have my favorites. We have brought many people with us and they have all thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Thank you, Cooper's Hawk!

I wanted to share my recent experience at Cooper’s Hawk, as it was quite disappointing, especially since it was a special occasion to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. We arrived for our 7:00 PM reservation and were excited to make use our new Wine Club benefits. However, after 40 minutes of waiting, our waiter informed us that our food would take longer due to a large table nearby. We tried to be understanding, but as we noticed another table, which arrived 15 minutes after us, enjoying dessert, our patience ran out. After an hour, one of the managers came up to us and informed us we would have to wait another 20 minutes since apparently the waiter had not placed our order and that was why our food was delayed. He mentioned the waiter was new. Keep in mind, this was the second excuse we were getting for our food being delayed. My boyfriend and I paid attention other three tables who arrived after us and they were all ordering dessert or about to leave. Unfortunately, we couldn’t shake the feeling that we were being treated differently, particularly as we were the only guests of color. After another 15 minutes and still no food, needless to say we began feeling frustrated. We hadn’t even been served bread. My boyfriend and I just wanted to leave. We called the managers over and they were understanding of the situation. They were just bringing our food, but since I was in tears, we had to take our food for to go as the moment had already been ruined for us. My boyfriend and I could not possibly stay there to “celebrate” after being discriminated against. I won’t be renewing my Wine Club membership, for obvious reasons. I hope you take this feedback seriously, as it reflects the importance of equitable treatment for all guests. Thank you for your attention. Reservation #: 119930

Food is always so delicious. Had a phenomenal red wine of the month. Server Jasmine is the sweetest and most attentive. Every part was perfect. Beyond impressed.
