I’ve only dined at Cooper’s Hawk twice. Both visits have exceeded my expectations. I guess I need to try something else but I am hooked on the Trio of Medallions, filets topped with horseradish, bleu cheese, and parmesan. They are so good. The Key Lime Pie is better that what I’ve had in the Florida Keys.

We LOVED our experience tonight, celebrating our anniversary! We had the BEST waitress, Jessica and Jennifer made sure our experience was top notch!!! Couldn’t have asked for a better server. Jessica was spot on with all her suggestions! She was also very sweet and had a great sense of humor! We’ll be back!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Cooper's Hawk to celebrate our Anniversary. Each menu item was delicious, staff very friendly and helpful (especially our server Lisa), and wine recommendations very good as well.

Not up to the level of quality I have experienced previously with other Cooper’s Hawk locations. I mentioned in my reservation that I was celebrating a birthday. When we arrived, we had one of the worst tables in the entire restaurant, in a busy walkway and right up against a post. I immediately asked for a different table and was refused even though there were dozens of empty tables in a better location of the restaurant. I don’t see why a different empty 4 person table couldn’t have been swapped out. I was given a lame excuse that they were “reserved”. I think not! No more than my reserved table. Service was mediocre, and we were never asked how everything tasted. And honestly, one of my appetizers was terrible, no flavor. I wanted to ask for pepper or hot sauce, but could not get the server’s attention. I told her after we were finished that the appetizer was tasteless and there was no reaction—no sorry, no offer to tell a manager. Then no mention was made of the birthday so I had to ask if the restaurant does anything for this. Apparently the server was never informed. Seems like a lot of poor communication and overall poor management.

Much better experience this time around. Jacob was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, despite it being quite busy. Meals were hot and tasted delicious.

Rude manager then seated at table and no one greeted us no water nothing after 10 min so we left.. over price wine and food .. canceled our membership on the way out.. no one cared that we were leaving either
