Rude manager then seated at table and no one greeted us no water nothing after 10 min so we left.. over price wine and food .. canceled our membership on the way out.. no one cared that we were leaving either

Our dinner was great, food was delicious and our server was attentive but not overwhelming! We were unfortunately seated next to a small group who were exceptionally loud so we had trouble hearing each other. But this did not take away from our lovely dinner and getogether

Delightful afternoon meal. Service was attentive but not disruptive. Will return to this location rather than the one that is 5 minutes from our house. Much better in many aspects. Thank you :-)

The Cooper's Hawk Restaurant in Kildeer is very accommodating. I appreciated the assistance when I was waiting for the rest of my Chapter Group to show up. I feel this atmosphere is dynamic & energizing. I like being able to do the wine tasting in the beginning of our lunch meeting because it helps with the meet & greet portion of the agenda. The bartender behind the scenes, Natella, is knowledgeable about each wine she poured for my group & polite. Our waitress was attentive to each of our menu choices and respected the time for our chapter discussions. It was a very good experience.

A great experience as always. Cooper's Hawk is always consistent in their food and the experience. I always enjoy a nice night out at Cooper's Hawk.

The chopped chicken salad was dead, lettuce wilted, tomato’s soggy, only a few bits of avocado and corn. We had to bring to servers attention and to their credit we were not charged. Usually good food but this was exception.

Our reservation was for 4:15, got seated almost right away. Our first server was taking care both the outdoor and us. We had to wait for some time to get our waters and our kiddy cocktail. Our wine came quickly but wasn’t opened until he brought us another glass. Had to ask a manager for our server to get an order in of bread and our meal. He brought the server that was to take care of us when she came in. She was great and very attentive. Would ask for her again!
